Its has been about 3 months since a group started boot camp.  One has since enrolled in my running program, too.  I am so proud of the improvements they have made in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.  One of my students has now moved into the running program with the goal of Austin's half marathon in February.  It is a really satisfying experience to see the group grow and improve!!
